- Favorite Genre: That's gonna take too long to answer but let's just say I'm partial to house beats.
- Biggest influence: I've always loved how DJ AM and Deadmau5 look at a stale music scene and manage to create inspiring, evocative art out of nothing but synth lines on top of repetitive kicks and snares. Overall, I think creativity is something lacking in electronic music but those guys really inspired me. Also Carl Cox, because, man... it's Carl Cox.
BIO: Nick learned piano when he was 3 years old and by 13 he was competing in orchestral competitions and playing guitar in rock bands. Two years later he began assembling his home studio with money earned from teaching guitar lessons and putting on fundraising concerts at a local youth venue. At 16 he discovered digital music production and DJing which began a new chapter in his life-long passion for music. After graduating high school in the Bay Area, Nick started taking DJ gigs at underground raves in San Francisco and Oakland, this lead him to secure a residency with the now disbanded Grimm Stylez Ent. Nick has spun at venues throughout California including The DNA Lounge in SF, M8RX and Indochene in Santa Barbara, The Oakland Metro Opera House, UCLA, and small festivals in the flat lands of Sacramento. After years of playing dirty warehouses and touring the SF club scene Nick decided to move to Santa Barbara for some needed sunshine.
